Level 40 now and I've nearly maxed out Archery, so to level up I switched to swords instead. I've got loads of neat perks on my light armour, so I can pretty much stand in the middle of a group of enemies and hack away without much problem. Completed that quest where you had to gather blood samples for the crazy guy so he could open that Dwemmer box. I was surprised how many skills levelled up when I picked the stealth option from the skill book you get, I jumped 2 levels just from that alone.

Now I'm with the Imperial Army and trying to defeat the Stormcloak knob head. Already finished the main quest line, which turned out to be pretty epic although the boss battle was a little bit easy. I'm really impressed with the shouts, there are some really cool ones out there. My favourite is the one that allows you to summon a storm, it makes it rain and your enemies keep getting hit by lightning.

I went and did the greybeard thing by the way, by the time I got round to doing it again I managed to one shot everything, including the Ice Troll dude and a snow sabre thingy.

You know when you put your winter coat on for the first time since the previous winter and find money in the pocket? I did the Skyrim version of that. I left Lydia waiting in a building holding all of my gear while I was out stealing, someone spotted me and the whole village tried to kill me so I ran away. When I went back Lydia was gone, so I thought nothing of it until a few days later while I was playing it said "your companion got bored of waiting and left".

By that point I was doing okay without her, so I ignored it, not knowing where to find her. Recently I went back to Dragons Reach to buy a house and she was there, so I told her to follow me again and checked if she still had my stuff, and she did, most of the things she had were enchanted weapons and expensive armour which proved very useful. But all of the stolen items I gave her were missing, so I don't know if she was caught and put in jail or something or if the game just lost those things on its own.

Anyway, now I'm level 100 in Smithing so I can make Dragon Armour and I've started to enchant weapons too. The biggest boost was getting 20,000 coins for killing the Emperor for The Dark Brotherhood.

This makes the drivers market a bit interesting. McLaren are not committing to a new contract with Hamilton, which means if the rumours of a switch to Red Bull are true, then there will be a vacant seat at McLaren...around about the time Kubica should be fully fit again. I don't see Kubica going back to Renault now that Kimi has a 2 year deal, because they have loads of great young drivers that need a race seat, so even if they keep Petrov or Senna for the year they will probably drop them from 2014 and get one of the younger guys in the seat.

I've yet to work out enchantments, any easy ones I can get to make me some profit? At the moment I just spend all my gold on materials, then make loads of armour to sell. I'm at level 70 Smithing by doing that. I've got a good rotation going, between 8am and 8pm some knobhead uses the chopping block and gets in the way so I use that time to make armour and sell it then chop wood at night.

It's got the point now where I'm just saving up for a house then I will go back to questing. The only reason I stopped questing was because I couldn't get to the Greybeards, the game decided to dump a Snow Sabre, Ice Wolves and a ****ing Ice Troll between me and the Greybeards, all spread out so that if I run from one of them I don't get far enough away before hitting the next.

I found a nice way of making gold, it's really boring but it's great for low levels. Basically get an axe, find a sawmill where someone will buy firewood that has a chopping block nearby, then chop wood until you lose the will to live and sell it for 5 gold a piece. You get about 6 bits of firewood each time you use a chopping block, the wood never runs out, you don't need anything other than an axe to do it. The downside is that the firewood is heavy, hence needing to be close to the person you will sell it to.

I love the car control, it's very arcadey but not annoying, and it takes a bit of skill to drive really fast. I love the drift button, basically you just hold a button to power slide, soon as you let go you get your grip back, so you can really chuck the cars about.

Whilst there are perks, are the drawbacks so bad that it becomes less fun (although fun is subjective)?

My friends boyfriend got bitten by a Vampire on Skyrim, and apparently after a while everyone stops talking to you, and the only way to stop being a Vampire is to talk to someone to get a quest. But apparently you can become a Warewolf instead, you just need to find one and let it bite you I guess, that should cure it.

It's really fun, most of the missions are epic and the characters are really funny. My favourite side mission so far was having to drive with a live Tiger in my passenger seat, you have to drive fast to keep it calm and avoid crashing, but on occasion it mauls you forcing you to swerve. The customisation is great too, you can make some seriously wacky characters.

I meant before the 800cc class, he was back of the grid and falling off constantly. Ducati must have seen something in him though, otherwise it was a fluke that they managed to sign the one rider who could really master these bikes. Next years Ducati should be a blinder though, we know that Rossi can take his team and turn around even the worst of bikes, and Ducati are throwing all the money they have at them, so I predict that Rossi will be champion next season.

Just watched the Moto2 race too, couldn't hold back the tears watching Fausto ball his eyes out when Pirro took the win, the most amazing tribute you could ever have imagined.

That's true, I just wish we had the chance to see him have a long career and win multiple championships.

Stoner seems to have a unique riding style that really works with these rubbish 800cc bikes, that's why I want to see him do well on the 1000cc bikes before I judge him to be a great rider, because I'm convinced that without the electronics he would fall off on every corner like he used to. I'm ready to be proved wrong though. One thing is for certain though, he won't ever be a popular champion, he complains too much and if he needed to finish 5th to win a championship then that's exactly what he would aim to do.

Stoner needs the electronics to keep him on the limit, he doesn't have the natural ability that Rossi has, stick Stoner on one of those old 500cc bikes and he wouldn't make it out of the pitlane.

Funny how he went from falling off in every race to winning the moment we got smaller engines and electronics messing up the action. If he can cope on the 1000cc bikes against the likes of Rossi and Spies then he can truely be called a great rider. Until then he is just the best of the 800cc class, and considering he has always been on the best bike that's still up for debate.

Mind you if he kept his mouth shut and stopped complaining about other riders, and how unfair it is that he's not as popular as Rossi then I might already consider him a great rider. Or if he went to Suzuki instead of Honda, and won the championship with them in the first season there. Also best rider of the season was Simoncelli for me, considering the bike he was on and comparing his results to his team mates.

If you don't say Kharg like a pirate then you don't deserve to play this game, everytime me and my mates get that map we say "KHAAARRRRRRRRRG" repeatidly for the first minute of the game.

Longest headshot online anyone? Mine is 760m so far, using the SV98 with Bipod.

I don't see the problem, just an excited kid that loves what he is doing, looked like he got a bloody good start too.
